HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-264CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helTd on the 20th day of April , 19 8L. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen. The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-264 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BURL OAKS 2ND ADDITION (A-792) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 22, 1979, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Burl Oaks 2nd Addition (A-792), has acreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 69,900 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 52,390 -0- Watermain 40,905 -0- Storm Sewer 30,145 -0- Boulevard Sod 5,800 5,800 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 450 450 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 1,500 Erosion Control 11000 1,000 Site Grading 22,000 2,200 Design, Admn., Insp., As-Builts 26,890 2,500 Totals $250,980 $13,450 That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $80,315 be further reduced to $13,450 to reflect the completed work.
