The following members present: The follow ng members were we re Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 262 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF 6TH AVENUE IN WAYZATA FARMSTEADS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Earl Grave has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: All that part of 6th Avenue adjacent to the Northerly side of Lot 1, Wayzata Farmsteads Addition described as follows: That part of 6th Avenue North originally dedicated in the plat of "Wayzata Farmsteads," according to the recorded plat thereof, lying West of the Northerly extension of the East line of Lot 1, said "Wayzata Farmsteads," and Easterly of the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of said Lot 1, except A permanent street and utility easement over, under, across and through that part of the above-described parcel which is inside a 60 foot radius circle, the radius point of which is located on the centerline of Queensland Lane, 60 feet South of the South line of the Fazendin-Krogness Addition, as measured along the centerline of Queensland Lane, AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 18, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor th MaXnr Davenpnrt.
