Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, d regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wass held on the
?nth day of April 19 81 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councimembers lof yt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following -members were absence -None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 261
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT DIVISION FOR LLOYD RICKER (81018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a division of platted land for, Lloyd
Ricker at the southwest corner of 14th Avenue ;North and Garland Lane into two
single family residential parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of the proposed lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's recommendations.
2. Payment of park dedication fees for one single family residential lot in
accordance with current Park DedicLti0n Policy in effect at time of filing.
3. The address to the existing home shall be officially changed by the
Building Official.
4. The existing accessory building on proposed Parcel A shall be removed.
5. Sewer and water area charges shall be reviewed and paid in accordance with
existing City policy.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: �...Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulypasse_dand adopted.
