Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plynouth, Minnesota was +hel T o tthe
20th day of April , 19 81 . The following members were
present: M4yor Dayplipgrt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and T_hreine_o
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introdiiced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 260
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR LLOYD RICKER FOR PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 14TH AVENUE NORTH AND GARLAND LANE (81018)
WHEREAS, Lloyd Ricker has requested division of platted property known as Lot 1,
Kreatz Highview Acres 2nd Addition into two parcels; and,
WHEREAS, per Citv Code the request has been reviewed by the Administrative Staff
and it is found to be in order within ordinance requirements for land in this
zoning district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lloyd Ricker for
a lct division of platted property in the southwest corner of 14th Avenue North
and Garland Lane into two single family residential parcels and that the City
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 1, Kreatz Highview Acres Second Addition (P.I.N. 29-118-11-34-0032)
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
PARCEL A: That part of Lot 1, KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly
of a line drawn southeasterly, at a right angle to the northwesterly line
of said Lot 1, from a point on said northwesterly line distant 155.50 feet
southwesterly from the most northerly corner of said Lot 1.
PARCEL B: That part of Lot 1, KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly
of a line drawn southeasterly, at a right angle to the northwesterly line
of said Lot 1, from a point on said northwesterly line distant 155.50 feet
southwesterly from the most northerly corner of said Lot 1.
The motion for the adoption of tte foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted infavor- thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeF-an�aadopte .
