Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ire ullar� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnes--- otawas-held on the
20th day of April , 19 81 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hit, Neils, Schneider and Threineo

moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. 81-255
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING REGISTERED LAND
SURVEY FOR LAUREL H. FLEMMING, 504 HARBOR LANE (81007)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Registered Land Survey for Laurel H.
Flemming consisting of two residential tracts at 504 Harbor Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions
relating to and to be met prior to filing the Registered Land Survey:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Final publication of the rezoning ordinance and filing of the R.L.S. with
Hennepin County prior to issuance of building permits.
3. Pay :ient of Park Dedication Fee for one single family dwelling lot in accor-
dance with current Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmeMbgNeils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen ;
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed_and adopted.
