Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
20th day of April , 19 81 . The following members were
present: M4yor Qaven ort, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threineo
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 254
APPROVING REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR LAUREL H. FLEMMING, 504 HARBOR LANE (81007)
WHEREAS, Laurel H. Flemming has requested approval of a subdivision of platted
property by Registered Land Survey at 504 Harbor Lane consisting of two single
family tracts; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision has been reviewed by the Planning Commission
and by the City Council at duly called public hearings;
NOW, THEREFOR:., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Registered Land Survey for
Laurel H. Flemming consisting of two residential tracts at 504 Harbor Lane, and
that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City policy when the Registered Land Survey is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon: the
following voted in favor thereof: —Pfayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
