Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on t e
6th day of April , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. i
The following members were absent: CounclimeMber Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-251
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchant License
has been received from John Harry Nystrom, 2801 Xerxes Avenue South, Minneapolis,
Mn., for the sale of Mexican Imports from a truck located at the Standard
Station on Xenium Lane and Highway 55, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
19, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of John Harry Nystrom for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchant License is approved for a period from
April 6, 1981 to May 1, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ccun("-ilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o tw ng voted in favor thereof, Councilmembers Hoyt_ Srhnpidpr and
Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
