Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M1nnesota was held on the
6th day of April , 19__D The following members were
present: yor Davenport, Councilmembers H2Xt, Schnieder and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-248
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 113
PINETREE MIDDLE POND DREDGING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated March 23, 1981, for Contracting Services,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Departnent is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $5,173.51 to Contracting Services, Inc. for
Project No. 113.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereo : Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Holt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: Non,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass
