Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinr of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was We -TT on the
6th day of April . 19 81 . The following members were

Cogncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-247
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
49TH AVE., 51ST AVE., 10TH AVE.
PROJECT 904, 004 AND 007
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated March 23, 1981, for Nodland Associates,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, FE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that 0e Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment NO. 7 in the amount of $41,676.07 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 904, 004 and 007.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coyncilmember Threine and upon vote being taken thereon, the
1M ow ng voted in favor hereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
