Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re u�la_r� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of April , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Schngider and Threinen
The following members were absent: cry ncilmember Neils
Councilmember Hoyt _ introduced the following ReSCiution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-246
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT �'O. 008
PIKE LAKE AREA TRUNK SEWER, PART I
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated March 20, 1981, for Dawson Construction
Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $26,363.98 to Dawson Construction Company for
Project No. 008.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foliowing voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
