Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of April , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt_ Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Gnuncilmpmher Neill
o►n ilm tuber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-245
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated April 1, 1981 for R. C. Dahlstrom,
Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $7,414.82 to R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc. for shelters
at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
