the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the

AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHErULE D - PHASE II
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated January 8, 1981, for Conservation
Systems, Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $21,054.34 to Conservation Systems, Inc. for
Project 017, Schedule D, Phase II.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted n favor rep : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Threinen
The following vote against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
