Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinr of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
6th day of April , 19_LL. The following members were
present: Myor Davenport, Cogncilmembers Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent:, Councilmember Neils
Cguncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-242
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
C(PIMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE D3
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated February 27, 1981, for Hoffman Electric
Comapny, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $10,779.62 to Hoffman Electric Company for
Project 017, Schedule D3.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
