Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-240
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE D1
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated February 27, 1981, for Electric Repair
and Construction, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to rake payment on Request for
Payment No. 5 in the amount of $10,086.72 to Electric Repair and Construction for
Project 017, Schedule D1.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote teeing taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
Schqgidgr and Thrlinep
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
