ilmember Ho t introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-239
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS-BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing the following changes to
the Community Playfields Improvements, Buildings:
1. Special color on toilet partitions
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for Project 017, Buildings, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 5 for Project 017, Buidings, adding $599.04 is
approved and the previous contract price of $316,701.50 is revised to $3 7,300.54.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
