Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of April , 19&L. The following members were
present:

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-238
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS-BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing the following changes to
the Community Playfields Improvements, Buildings:
LaCompte:
Fernbrook:
Plymouth:
Oakwood:
1. Raise floor 12" from established elevation
2. Safety rails
3. Closure at sky light
1. Relocate vent holes
2. Plywood door heads
3. Change reveal at plywood closures
1. Relocate vent holes
2. Plywood door heads
1. Vent holes relocated
2. Plywood door heads
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Project 017, Buildings, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 017, Buildings, adding $1,301.50 is
approved and the previous contract price of $315,400.00 is revised to $316,701.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schreider and Threinen
