Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Coun:il or the City of Plymouth, Menne'— sots was he d on the

Coilmember Ho t introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 237
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
PHASE II
MISCELLANEOUS CONTRACT - SCHEDULE F
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Change special order football/soccer guals to standard order
equipment.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase II, Miscellaneous
Contract, Schedule F, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase II, Miscellaneous Contract,
Schedule F, by deleting $2,000.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of
$48,200.00 is revised to $46,200.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor Thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
