Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was helF on the
6th day of April , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, CoRncilmembers Hoyt.
The T0110wing members were absent: Councilmemher Npils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 230
AP►ROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
INFILTRATION/INFLOW ANALYSIS STUDY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has designated Professional Services Group, Inc.,
(P.S.G.), as the consultant for the Infiltration/Inflow Analysis Study; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager was authorized to prepare an "Agreement for Professional
Services" and such an agreement is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached "Professional Agreement, Infiltration/Inflow Analysis,
Document No. 020281" is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized to execute same with Professional Services Group, Inc., (P.S.G.),
on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor rev : _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Mhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
