Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was—e d on the
10 6th day of April , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Schneider and Thr inen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-229
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 606 - PARKERS LAKE AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 606 (Parkers Lake Area Drainage
Improvements) is proposing to construct a storm sewer force main on the Chicago
and North Western Transportation Co. right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said rail-
road for said utilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to exeucte the license agree-
ment with the Chicago and North Western Transportation Co. for the construction
and operation of a storm sewer force main on the railroad's right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any cost of said license agreement be charged to the
project fund for Project No. 606.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
