the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M n-nesota was held on the

Co ncilmember Hoyt introduced thr following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-228
RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNING OF FEDERAL AND STATE PARK GRANTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has submitted a fo nnal grant request for the
development of East Medicine Lake Beach, and
WHEREAS, the project has received approval for both Federal LAWCON and
State matching funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized
to sign the Grant contracts.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereoF. Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Threi nen
The following voted against orabstained: ounc me er Schneider
'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
