HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-223CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of April , � 1981 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmen ers Hoyt,Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils rmigrilm er1hreinen introduced the following Resolution and moved -its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-223 SETTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT DIVISION FOR EARL GRAVE (81015) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Earl Grave in Resolution No. 81-222; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum including submittal of required drainage and utility easements. 2. Submittal of petition for vacation of 6th Avenue North right-of-way. 3. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of land dedication for one single family lot in accordance with Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing of the lot division. 4. No further division of Parcel A is approved by this action; future considera- tion shall include provision for full public street access and utility access for any new proposed additional lots. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:—Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider & Threinen . The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
