The following members were present:Ma yr Davenport, ouncilmem`6ers o T, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and movedt ; adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 222 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR EARL GRAVE AT 540 QUEENSLAND LANE (81015) WHEREAS, Earl Grave has requested a division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth located at 540 Queensland Lane; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment correc- tions based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 1, "Wayzata Farmsteads," according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota (P.I.N. 31-118-22-42-0001) To be divided into two new parcels as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 1, "Wayzata Farmsteads," according to the recorded plat thereof, except the south 128.51 feet of that part of said Lot 1 lying west of a line drawn north at right angles from the south line of said Lot 1 distant 160.40 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 1. Subject to an easement for street and utility purposes over and across said Lot 1 per Document Number 4541384. PARCEL B: The south 128.51 feet of that part of Lot 1, "Wayzata Farmsteads," according to the recorded plat thereof, lying west of a line drawn north at right angles from the south line of said Lot 1 distant 160.40 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foTTo-wing voted in favor t ereomayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider & Threinen The following voted against or abstained:onA a T--- Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed anif adopted. *yra
