Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa d—on the
6th day of April , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Hoyt, Scheider & Threinen
The following members were absent: Counci mems ber Neils _
Coun�ilmaftr Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-221
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION
FOR DALE GRAVE (80064)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Dale Grave, Resolution
Nu. 81-220;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of land dedication for one single
family lot in accordance with Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time
of filing of the lot division.
3. No further division of Parcel A is approved by this action; future considera-
tions shall include provision for full public street access for any new
proposed additional lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ilm tuber Ho t and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof ;or Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider & Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
