The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-218 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR FIRST BANK - PLYMOUTH LOCATED BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 55 AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AT 34TH AVENUE NORTH (81006) WHEREAS, First Bank - Plymouth has requested approval of a site plan for Phase I of a two level approximate 10,900 square foot bank with drive up teller facilities to be located between State Highway 55 and Plymouth Boulevard at 34th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of First Bank - Plymouth for site plan approval for Phase I of a two level approximate 10,900 square foot bank with drive up teller facilities to be located between State High- way 55 and Plymouth Boulevard at 34th Avenue North subject to the following .:onditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submittal of required performance financial guarantee to assure completion of approved site improvements termed for 24 months. 3. Construction of proposed trail shall be in accordance with City standards and shall constitute satisfaction of park dedication for this development in conjunction with submittal if trail easement per Resolution No. 78-661. 4. Construction of proposed sidewalk per approved Downtown Plymouth Sidewalk Plan and City standards. 5. Adjustment of proposed plantings as recommended by the City Forester to assure proper spacing and setbacks for long term survival and to enhance the sight line of the City Center building. The quantity and quality of plantings shall be as indicated on approved plans. Resolution No.81-218 Page 2 6. Sign variance to permit two wall signs in addition to the two-sided free standing sign; all signage shall be within Ordinance location, height, and area standards as verified by the Building Official at the time of permit issuance. 7. Approval is for Phase I only; any future construction and expansion shall be subject to site plan review and approval including ordinance parking standards. Review shall include evaluation as to experience with Phase I and installed parking relative to the proposed mix of office and bank functions. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cpuncilmambgr Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen ine To!Iowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe a
