HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-217CITY Of PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of April 1981 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce me ers Hoy -V7 -Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Nei s Lojnc� ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-217 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR ZACHARY PLAYFIELD SHELTER WHEREAS, the City's Park Consultant for the Zachary Lane Playfield has presented concept plans for the Zachary Playfield Shelter, and WHEREAS, these plans have been reviewed and endorsed by the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and City staff, and WHERAS, the City Council has reviewed the concepts and found them substantially in conformance with City requirements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby *es approve the concept plans for the Zachary Plavfield Shelter as submitted, together with a staff memorandum dated April 3, 1981, which directs that Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. proceed in the preparation of final plans and specifications for bidding purposes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: NnnP Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
