Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the
23rd day of March , 1981 . The following members

Acting Ma or Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-207
A RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR CONSIDERATION
OF REVOCATION OF ON AND OFF SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR AND SET-UP LICENSES FOR APPLE BLOSSOM INN.
WHEREAS, the City has issued a license to Susan Estelle Gore Huckell, dba
Apple Blossom Inn, for the period June 1, 1980 to May 31, 1981 for on and
off sale non -intoxicating malt liquor and set-ups; and
WHEREAS, in an order dated March 12, 1981 the Hennepin County Community
Health Department ordered that the Apple Blossom Inn cease business
operations as of that date due to thirteen discrepancies with Hennepin
County Ordinance No. 3, Food Protection Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, u►e City of Plymouth as a municipality within the limits of
Hennepin County is subject to the provisions of Hennepin County Ordinance
No. 3; and
WHEREAS, the apparent failure of the Apple Blossom Inn to maintain food
and beverage sanitation operations in accordance with the Ordinance poses
a potential health hazards to the residents of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, that a hearing is ordered for 7:30 p.m., April 6, 1981 to consider
whether the on and off sale non -intoxicating malt liquor and set-up license
currently issued to the Apple Blossom Inn should be revoked, and further
that the City staff is directed to notify the licensee of such hearing so
that the licensee i. afforded an opportunity to present their arguments
before the Council prior to a final determination in this matter.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmeoCr, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

]owing voted In favorthereof:—Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt.
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
