Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
23rd day of March , 1981 . The following members

RESOLUTION NO. 81-206
RESuLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth intends to use professional planning services
for preparation of the Park and Recreation chapter of the City's Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends the selection
of Brauer and Associates to provide the City with such services based upon an
analysis of proposals received from five consulting firms; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on March 2, 1981, approved the selection of Brauer
and Associates as the consultant for the Comprehensive Park Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the contract entitled "Agreement for Professional Planning Services
for Preparation of Park and Recreation Chapter of the City's Comprehensive Plan"
between the City of Plymouth and Brauer and Associates in an amount not to exceed
$38,100 be approved, and further, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized
to sign the approved contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:- Councilmembers Hoyt- Schneider R Threinpn
The following voted against ow : Acting Mayqr Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
