Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was-Ne-Td—on the
23rd day of March , 1981.
The following members
were present: Artina Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoy -,Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor ayenpor
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a—cToption.
RESOLUTION NO. 81-205
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED CONCEPT PLAN
FOR ZACHARY LANE PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has approved a concept plan for the Zachary
Lane Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant design planning firm, in a memo dated
March 3, 1981, has indicated a possible cost savings of $38,000 could
be expected by making minor changes to the original concept plan,
NOW, THEREfunl, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the new concept plan for the Zachary Playfield
be approved with the suggested changes to the location of the parking lot
and the 90' baseball field, and that the consultant be authorized to
prepare final plans ar,d specs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o lowing voted in favor thereo : Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
