Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aT regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th_day of March , 19 L, The following members
were F esencActino Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenoort,_Councilmember Schneider.
Counc'lmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 201
APPROVING A POLICY RELATING TO AUDIO
TAPES USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECORDING
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, on October 25, 1976 the City Council adopted Resolution 76-636,
estab14shing a policy on the destruction of audio tapes used for the purpose
of recording Council meetings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that this policy be revised to more
accurately reflect current statutory and procedural conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, that it should and hereby does adopt a revised policy dated
March 16, 1981 entitled Policy Relating To Audio Tapes Used For The Purpose
of Recording City Council Meetings.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0lowing-voted In favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils. Councilmemhprs Hnyt
and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
