HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-200CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March , 19_ 8L. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Neils Councilmember Hoyt and Threinen The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Schnee er. Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 200 APPROVING A POLICY RELATING TO MAKING STAFF REPORTS AVAILABLE TO HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS WHEREAS, on November 18, 1974 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 74-561, establishing a policy relating to making staff reports available to homeowner associations; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires that this policy be revised to maximize the availability of such reports; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Plymouth, that it should and hereby does adopt the revised policy dated March 16, 1981 entitled "Policy Relating To Making Staff Reports Available to Homeowner Associations." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Acting Mayor Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Wollowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils. Councilmenherc Hnjit and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
