Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th day of March , 19 81 . The following members
were present:Acting Mayor Neils, ounce me ersoffoy-t- and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Council mem erc nei-dr
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-199
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PARK FACILITY RENTAL POLICIES
AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1981
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to make some City park
facilities available for special events, and
WHEREAS, the City must protect and manage park facilities with
the best interest of all Plymouth residents in mind, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed
and endorsed the Park Facility Rental Policies and Fee Schedule
for 1981,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the proposed Park Facility
Rental Policies and Fee Schedule be adopted for 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
751lowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
