Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-198
AMENDING POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 80-344 RELATIVE TO
STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES FOR DETERMINING PARK
DEDICATION AND PARK DEDICATION FEES.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 500.25 of the City Code, the City "ouncil
has adopted Policy Resolution No. 80-344, Establishing standards and g-idelines
for determining that portion of land being platted, subdivided or developed
which is to be conveyed or dedicated to the public for park or playground
purposes or with respect to which cash is to be contributed to the City in
lieu of conveyance or dedication; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that this policy statement be reviewed
and revised to reflect current City requirements;
! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct amendments to the present policy
dated May 19, 1980 by incorporation of provisions contained in this policy dated
January 23, 1981 and further that this revised policy provisions shall be
effective upon passage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Acting Mayor Neilsand upon vote being taken thereon, the 0

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
