Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota, was held on the
16th day of March , 19 81 . The following members
were present: Actin or Neils, Councilme ers Hoyt and Threinen
The followinimenters were absent:_ Mayor avenpor ounc mem er bcnnelaer
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 197
AMENDING POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF MUNICIPAL
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND REQUESTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a policy regarding the review of
Municipal Industrial Development Revenue Bond requests; and
WHEREAS, this policy provides that applicants seeking such financing submit a
non-refundable fee of $250 with such application to cover City administrative
costs in processing the application; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommended that this fee be increased to $500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymcuth, Minnesota, that the City's policy concerning the review of industrial
development revenue bond requests as adopted by this Council on July 16, 1979,
(Resolution No. 79-388) be and the same is hereby amended to provide that the
non-refundable fee be increased from $250 to $500.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilmemberin , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen
The following vo against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
