Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of March 19 81_. The following members were

The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmamher Schnei-d(
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-196
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from Bill's
Superette #4, 17405 County Road 6, in accordance with Chapter XI, Section
1150.01 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application from Bill's
Superette at 17405 County Road 6 be approved for the period March 16, 1981
through December 31, 1981.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hgyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
