Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
16th day of March '19 81. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils Counci members Ho t and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Counci ]member 5chneiaer.
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-194
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 829
WHEREAS, the following described parcels shall be deferred as per the agreement
stated in the development contract for the Ridgecrest Addition dated May 15, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred until August 1983; provided,
however, that if the property is sold or further subdivided the deferred assess-
ment shall become payable:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�Co�n ilmember Ho t *and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
