Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wase d on the

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-193
ABATING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 7760
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-582, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 829, Ridgecrest Addition Street
and Utilities; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a development contract for Ridgecrest Addition dated May 15,
1978 the City agreed to defer the assessments on Outlots A, B and C for no more
than five years from the date of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will abate the assessments covered by said agreement
and defer them under a separate resolution until August 1983 unless sold or sub-
divided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessments be abated for the following amounts as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo : Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
