Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of March , 19.&1. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils Councilmembers Hoyt and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember c nei er.

Coupcilmgmber Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 192
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-691, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 804, Fernbrook Lane Street and
Utilities; and
WHEREAS, an error has been discovered on two parcels on Glacier Lane where they
were assessed for restoration of County Road 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

the assessments be reduced to

to each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years and
at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7653.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neifs, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aFd adopted.
