Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1. th day of March , 19 81. The following members were
present: Arting Uavor Neils Councilmembers Ho t and Threinen
The following Members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember 5chnelder
hr inen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION t1O. 81-189
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
GLEASON LAKE ADDITION (A-196)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated December 19, 1977,
Charles VanEeckhout, developer of Gleason Lake Addition, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to 315,200 be further
reduced to $3,400 to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councjlipember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
