Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M� nesota was he on the
16t1i day of March '19 81. The following members were
present. Acting Mayor Neils Councimembers Hoyt and Threinen

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 012
PUMP AND CONTROLS FOR WELL NO. 6
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the follow-
ing improvements:
Installation of pump and controls for Deep Well No. 6 to be located on
property owned by MN/Dot adjacent to 23rd Ave. and Fernbrook Lane.
AND, WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Lee Richert Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Lee Richert Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in the name of
the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Project 012 in the amount of
8162,300 (base bid).
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a con-
tract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Acting Mayor Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
