Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �g9 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of March 1981 . The following members were
present: -Acting Mayor Neils Counci members-Ffo t and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mavor Davenport, Councllmember Schneider.
Co unciImember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-181
DENYING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING FOR RICHARD DEZIEL FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4525 VICKSBURG LANE (81005)
WHEREAS, Richard Deziel has requested approval of reclassification of land use
guiding for approximately 16 acres of land located at 4525 Vicksburg Lane from
LA -1 (low density residential) to LA -2 (low medium density residential); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled public hearing and has recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Richard Deziel for
reclassification of land use guiding for property located at 4525 Vicksburg Lane
because there is not a demonstrated need for additional LA -2 guided land and that
the subject property can be developed under the present guiding (per Council
direction on October 6, 1980 relative to utility availability).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Aiting Ma or Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof cting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Threinen
