Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of March , 1981 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmem ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threi nen.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmembers Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-177
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY ON SHADE TREE DISEASE
CONTROL PROGRAM DATED MARCH 2, 1981
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-519 adopted on October 21, 1979 sLmmarizes City
Council policy with regard to the shade tree disease control program; and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of this resolution provisions of State Statute
and City program guidelines have changed; and
WHEREAS, it is beneficial to adopt the revised policy regarding the City's
shade tree disease control program which more accurately summarizes the
program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt a policy relating
to the City's Shade Disease Control Program dated March 2, 1981 to replace
the policy adopted by Resolution No. 74-519 adopted October 21, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
