the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the

Counc_jlmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moves its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 81-175
APPROVING 1981 CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from Griswold
Vending Company for Evergreen Lawn at 2068 E. Center Circle, in accordance
with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application from Griswold
Vending Company for Evergreen Lawn at 2068 E. Center Circle be approved
for the period January 1, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�oyncjjmembar, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
