Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesotawas hid —on

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
movedits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 171
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL
GLEANLOCH AND SHILOH PARKS
PROJECT NO. 930/931
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and London Construction Co. as contractor
have entered into an agreement for the improvement of Gleanloch and Shiloh Parks,
said agreement being dated December 3, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the architect has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $85,086.00, two change orders
were approved in the amount of $1,627.00, and the value of the work
completed and certified to date is $83,459.00.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 930/931
and certified to the Council by the architect as acceptable be and
the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 and final in the amount of $6,903.20 to
London Construction Co. for Project No. 930/931 is hereby approved
and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
