Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was heIF on the
2nd day of March , 1981. The following members were
present: Mayor a,,en ort Councilmembers Hot Neils, Schneider & Threinen .
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-169
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 008
PIKE LAKE AREA TRUNK SEWER, PART I
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated February 23, 1981, for Dawson Construction
Company, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $102,995.18 to Dawson Construction Company for
Project No. 008.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
S�hneider & Threinen
The following vote aga nst orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
