Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-168
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 13, dated February 13, 1981, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 13 in the amount of $45,914.25 to Progressive Contractors, Inc. for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
