Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was hal-a on the
2nd day of March , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers HoyT7Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following Viers were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-167
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT I
PROJECT NO. 807 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 12, dated February 19, 1981, for C. S. McCrossan,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 12 in the amount of $38,457.13 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for
Project No. 807 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor Me -Fe : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Sc4qeidr & Thrginen
