Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hefd Fon

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-166
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated February 5, 1981, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 7 in the amount of $13,515.94 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
