Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minn ota was held on the
2nd day of March , 19 -OL. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen .
The following members were absent:. None

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-164
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE E
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated February 2, 1981, for Aqua Engineering,
has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $10,897.25 to Aqua Engineering for irrigation
at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followIng voted n favor reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
