Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of March , 19 81. The followi:ig members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen .
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-162
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE D1
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated January 28, 1981, for Electric Repair
and Construction, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOT4 that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $55,233.45 to Electric Repair and Construction for
Project 017, Schedule Dl.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
