Counci gr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-160
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
PROJECT NO. 911 - CONTRACT I
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH STREETS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract I, Downtown Plymouth Streets:
Cost associated with escalation clause for bituminous material.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for Project 911, Contract I is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA THAT Change Order No. 6 for Project 911, Contract I adding $32,158.35
is approved and the current contract price of $1,041,239.30 is revised to
$1,073,397.65.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb r�Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
